  • How long does it take to see effect?

However, individual results will be different and vary accordingly.

  • Is there any possible side effect?

    You can order easily using our NutraKOS online platform. Simply login and go through the ordering process. After the order is ready, you will receive order summary to your email. Order summary will also be stored to your account. You can also easily make reorders afterwards by clicking the "reorder" button on any of your previously made orders. After clicking the "reorder" button, you can change quantities or products.

    Yes, we are GST (Goods and Services Tax) registered under The Goods and Services Tax Act (Chapter 117A), Singapore, hence, GST is chargeable to all transactions. Online checkout system will automatically fill in when you place an order, and your GST amount will be reflected during the checkout process automatically.

  • What should I do if the payment is not accepted?

    Please try again in a little while. If the payment is still not accepted, please verify your account balance. If everything is as it should, but you still cannot make the payment, please contact us notify us about the problem. We can manage the order manually.

  • How can I change delivery address?

    Sign-in to your account and go to "My Account". On "My Account" you can change all your contact information any time before an order is placed.

  • What are the delivery charges?

    Our delivery charges at $3 of either 1 or 2 boxes per transaction. A purchase of more than 3 boxes will be entitled to FREE Delivery.

  • How do I get promotional offer?

    From time to time, there may be promotions with special offers. Click on the promotion headline and get access to the promotion.   • Can I pay with invoice?

    Only if you have already established customer relationship with a K-Talyst account, you will be granted ability to pay using invoice. All order shall be manually processed. Contact us if you need assistance.

  • Can I cancel my order?

    If you want to cancel your order, please do so as soon as possible. If we have already processed your order, you need to contact us at info@nutrakosg.com.

  • Do I have to order online?

    You can contact us and request your order from info@nutrakosg.com for special request or large quantity. We reserve the right to reject any order placed through our email. Online ordering is preferred because you will not only save time, but you will also have easier payment process and all the information about the order will be accessible for you anytime as well. Besides, if you want to make same order in future, you can use "reorder" feature.

  • Do you have ready stock?

    We will always keep stock to meet customers’ demand. However, there may be rare occasions where the stock level is low during peak seasons or due to unexpected large orders received. In this event, we shall contact you right away. Order lead time depends on the quantities.
